Please ensure you change your number on any accounts or port your number to your new provider by texting PAC or STAC to 65075 and follow their instructions.

It is designed to let you use two separate numbers—like one for personal and one for business—on the same phone.
How does it work for calls and texts?
The technology is called Dual SIM, Dual Standby (DSDS). This means:
- Both lines are active at the same time. Both your physical SIM and your eSIM are in "standby" and ready to receive calls and texts.
- You can receive calls on both numbers. If someone calls your personal line, it rings. If someone calls your business (eSIM) line, it also rings.
- You can make calls from either number. When you make a call or send a text, your phone will ask which line you want to use. You can also set a default line for specific contacts.
The claim that you can "only use one network at a time" is misleading. While you can't be on two active phone calls at the exact same second, both numbers are always active and reachable, allowing them to work perfectly in tandem.
